Jodi Hamrick is the Program Manager and support professional for a variety of customers including the Department of Energy (DOE), Department of Defense Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NAVSEA IHD), and other commercial customers. She executes outreach initiatives for renewable and energy-efficient technologies. Ms. Hamrick is profient in proposal writing and determines budgets for new initiative. She coordinates and attends functions/events for customers. She designs and constructs brochures, graphics, and web pages. Ms. Hamrick also maintains and supports all computers within BL&A.

Highlights:

• Task manager for a grant supporting the DOE Wind Powering America Program. Tracks funding, deliverables, and communicates with clients to create new work. Develops all brochures, posters, and case studies.
• Developed the tracking mechanism for contracts and grants within BL&A.
• Researched and developed a return on investment theory for NAVSEA IH with the Retired Deputy Under Secretary of the Navy Charlie Nemfakos.
• Developed a small business guide for energy efficiency for the Department of Environmental Protection in Pennsylvania.
• Produced all outreach materials for the DOE High Temperature Superconductivity (HTS) program. Coordinated and participated in the annual luncheon for the HTS peer review group.
• Performed research for an online informative site for the DOE’s GeoPowering the West (www.geothermbiz.com).
• Developed an electronic survey on customer outreach for NAVSEA IHD clients. Participated in the development of a Marketing Strategy for Program Managers. Assisted in the development of a strategic plan for Technical Operations Managers. Wrote proposals for Indian Head.
• Coordinated congressional briefings for energy topics.

Before joining this firm she provided contractual support for the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), at Indian Head, MD.  Ms. Hamrick has her Master's of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Maryland University College (UMUC) and her Bachelor’s Degree in English and Psychology from the University of Miami, FL.   She is also certified in Web development and web programming.
