From Washington, DC, Arlington, Virginia, or Bethesda, Maryland via the George Washington Memorial Parkway:

From downtown Washington or Capitol Hill, or Bethesda, Maryland, cross over any bridge into Virginia. From those locations or from Arlington, Virginia, get on the George Washington Memorial Parkway going south towards National Airport and Alexandria. Proceed past the airport and into Old Town Alexandria, where the Parkway becomes Washington Street. Proceed on Washington Street, passing King Street. After passing Duke Street, proceed about 1/4 mile, then turn right onto Gibbon Street. At the third traffic light, turn right onto South Patrick Street. Move to the far left lane. After the first traffic light, turn left into the garage of the first brick building. BE SURE TO ENTER THE GARAGE IN THE LEFT LANE. Upon entering the garage, go straight as far as possible, then turn right. At the end of the aisle, turn right, and park in any of the spaces immediately on your left labeled “Bob Lawrence & Associates.” Go up the stairs to the right of the BL&A parking spaces, turn left, and make another immediate left. The BL&A office will be directly ahead.

From Virginia or Bethesda, Maryland via the Outer Loop of the Capital Beltway:

Take the Outer Loop of the Capital Beltway (I-95 North/I-495 East) towards the Woodrow Wilson Bridge. Pass Van Dorn Street and Eisenhower Avenue. Just past Telegraph Road (Exit 2), the highway splits. TAKE THE RIGHT LANES FOR LOCAL TRAFFIC. Move to the right lane and follow signs for Exit 1/Alexandria/Route 1 North. When the exit splits, take the left lane towards Route 1 North. The ramp will take you onto South Patrick Street. Move to the left lane. After the third traffic light, turn left into the garage of the first brick building. BE SURE TO ENTER THE GARAGE IN THE LEFT LANE. Upon entering the garage, go straight as far as possible, then turn right. Take the Inner Loop of the Capital Beltway (I-95 South) towards the Woodrow Wilson Bridge. Get on the Bridge and move to the right lane. Once across the Bridge, take the first exit: Exit 1/Alexandria/Route 1 North. The ramp will take you onto South Patrick Street. Move to the left lane. After the third traffic light, turn left into the garage of the first brick building. BE SURE TO ENTER THE GARAGE IN THE LEFT LANE. Upon entering the garage, go straight as far as possible, then turn right.
